Conditions of rental
Flexible entry days (there's an additional cost for a Sunday arrival)
Minimum stay: 1 week
Includes: Linens (changed weekly) and towels changed mid week, utilities (except heat and air conditioning), 2 hours weekday maid service (no weekends), final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, use of computer with fast Internet access and printer. Free telephone for local calls and all calls within Spain.
Extras: Additional maid or laundry service is 15 Euros/hour. Meals can be arranged with prior notice.
Security deposit: 500 Euros deposit payable in advance and refunded within a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
